• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. mawar500 does not accept third-party deposits.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any transactions and wagers placed while your session is active.

By using the mawar500 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular users.

• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location to gain access to services restricted by these Terms.

mawar500 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Investigations may result in temporary Account suspension while a review is conducted. During such a period, pending transactions may be placed on hold.

mawar500 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits. These include major local banking channels and e-wallets commonly used by Malaysian players. The availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing windows for each method are detailed in the Payment Methods section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed for each payment method at the time of transaction. Processing times are indicative and may vary due to bank or payment provider schedules.
• mawar500 does not accept responsibility for delays attributable to the payment provider, banking system, maintenance windows or force majeure events.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted for selected supported coins. The User is solely responsible for selecting the correct network and verifying the deposit address before transmitting funds. Funds sent to an incorrect address or via an unsupported network cannot be recovered.
• mawar500 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following requirements and conditions:

• The User's Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

Bonuses, promotional credits and incentive programmes offered by mawar500 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion details.
• Bonuses are issued to a single eligible Account only. Attempts to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, the use of shared devices or coordinated play patterns constitute abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• mawar500 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use at the time of modification, subject to the original terms.

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gambling activity.

• Decisions made by Users on the basis of information or guidance published on the Platform, where such information is subject to change without notice.
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to maintain login security.

mawar500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached in any material respect.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
• The continuation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform, other Users or third parties.

A User who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any qualifying balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is subject to the standard withdrawal process and applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and pending bonus credits are forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified by the Platform's licensing and operational framework.
